The National Indian Taco Championship

 Contestants come from all over competing to see has the best Indian Taco

Downtown Pawhuska

Saturday, October 4th, 2014 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Vendors, Music, Indian Dance, Drum Competition, Cowgirls, Barrel Racing and lots of FOOD. (All Contestants sell their food to public)

Be a Judge, Visitors can pay $5 for the chance to judge the Indian Tacos. There are two ways to participate. Sign up as a Preliminary Judge or People’s Choice Award Judge. The winners of that win $1,000

Limited Space is available so sign up early for judging events.

Contestants from the preliminary rounds will participate in the final round to win

1st- $1500

2nd- $1000

3rd- $500.

There will be a Indian Dance and Drum competition. Dance prize money

1st place -$300

2nd- $200

3rd- $100

One each category (age 16 and over)

Men’s Straight

Men’s Fancy

Women’s Cloth

Women’s Buckskin

Children’s Exhibition will begin at 11:00 am..

Drum Competition is $1500 Winner take all.

Preliminary rounds to follow.

After the National Indian Taco Championship head on out to the Osage County Fairgrounds for BBR Barrel Racing Competition. $1000 Added Money. Free Gate. Races start at 6:00pm.
